it's true that your d/l speed can be very slow. but I use the Client Version, and I get usually 70~150 kb/s. plenty fast enough. the trick is tweaking your upload settings - cable and DSL don't support very much uploading, so you have to limit it to ensure that it doesn't steal your d/l bandwidth.
