It varies. Sometimes we use a star, sometimes we use an angel, other times we use a snowman head. XD

We usually use a star. I used to think, why a star? But then I guess it could be like the star that guided the wise-men to Bethlehem. That's all I got though lol

We have this 2 foot hardcore metal star we put the top of our tree. But, we always have to make sure we get a shorter tree so it won't bump the ceiling with the star on it. :<

The living room tree will probably have a star on it, and I'm planning on making an origami star for the little one in my room. (I finally found instructions for a star that isn't a silly looking beginner one.)

At college, it's an origami star made by my roommate that looks like one of those smiley stars from Mario.

I've typically used a star. Sometimes when I have a mini-tree, I use something else, like a little flower or something.
