You can get it legally for free from Come&Live as soon as they release it. They are going to release it in the "free/pay as little or as much as you want" format.

I really like the lyrics, but I can pretty easily say that I think this is their worst album.

After downloading and listening, well, agreed. Lyrics are the best thing about it (although they aren't nearly as subtle as before). The monotone voice and general blasting of noise (which is apparently is what Raw Rock means now) isn't very enjoyable.
