From the one to two covers I've seen of the series, I am inclined to agree. However, let it be known I have not read Ai Yori Aoshi so it could be merely a ploy to pull in readers - i.e. flash cover attracts, decide to buy, et cetera.
One never knows until they purchase it (or thumb through it for a good while).

It's really not that bad. It's there, and it is fanservice (as in, there really isn't much of a point), but if you can get past it, it's a really touching story.
