Postby Phantom_Sorano » Sun Jun 21, 2009 9:46 am

Hey everyone!

I have been a member for over three years now, but I have always been very uptight and secretive about personal information....until now.

I will answer almost any question here.

Usually my threads are unnoticed and die off quickly, so if you would like to ask a question....fire away! (You know....before this thing croaks.)

I'm ready!

No offense but I've been puzzling over this for a long time now:

Are you male or female?

Also, have you ever rubbed a bar of soap on your grandmother's forehead?

Wow! I am amazed that so many people have actuallt readthis thread and asked their questions.

But to answer them:

1. My favorite show growing up was The Magic School Bus. Miss Frizzle is da bomb!
2. Sadly, I have not danced in the rain....but I am interested in doing like so.
3. To clear the mystery, I am indeed a woman. Because of the way in which I was brought up, women are considered dumb-minded and inferior. I, of course, do not believe so but I still like to write strongly and use more of a masculine tone.
4. I have rubbed a bar of soap across my grandmother's forehead. Mind you that there was no meaness intended. My grandmother had Alzheimers when I was a teenager and she lived with us. One of my duties was to bathe her.
5. As for siblings, I am both the 4th of 5. My brothers and sister have nothing to do with me however....or the rest of my family.
6. Regarding roleplay, I suppose I like it because I like to create complex characters and to tell a story. All of the characters I have ever made reflect a certain aspect of my own life and inherit own of my own personality traits...so they are like my children. It is also wonderful to write with other talented writers.
7. Hmm....favorite anime....that's a tough one. I would have to say Maison Ikkoku. It is Takahashi's least known work but perhaps her greatest. It is realistic and the characters are so quirky and imperfect....but it is a charming and comical series.
8. As for my age, it ranges from 5 to 75. I fall somewhere in that mix. ^_~

Thank you for your questions, I hope these answers are what you are looking for.

Any more questions?

Have you ever toilet papered someone's house?

Do you like cake? If so what kind?

Do you have your own car? If so have you ever run over someone's mailbox?

Do you like cats?

Have you ever given a cat a bath?

DO U LIKE COFFEE???????

Hi Hi, Miss. Phantom! (if you are not a Miss I send 1,000 apologies your way! )

1.) What's the most daring, silliest, or stupidest thing you've ever done?

AND

2.) Knowing that you like to role-play online have you ever thought about cosplaying or debuting one of your own character creations either at a con, just for fun, or on Halloween?

Oooh, some people have already asked a lot of the questions I was curious about ^^ I also happen to be the 4th child of 5! Oh, and with your age...you have to have been at least 13 when you joined, which was 3 years ago, so you should be at least 16 now  lol so you're somewhere between 16 and 75 XD (<-- and then you said 'when I was a teenager' I'm so weird...)

Hm...do you have a pet, and if so, what is it?

Woah! Questions....I feel loved...*sniff*

Alright...here we go!

1. My username came about in a weird way. I explained earlier about my sick grandmother. Taking care of her meant I had no free time to spend as a normal kid. I longed for freedom, which in my mind symbolizes the air and sky. The "Phantom" part comes from my love of specters and Phantom of the Opera....and "Sorano" means "of the sky"....so "Phantom of the Sky" I am...but you can call me Soran.
2. I am not a particular fan of lollipops.
3. I have never intentionally gotten gum stuck in my hair, but I have had that happen. My brother loved to torture me, so he put it in there when I was six....and cut it out.
4. I am really not a big cake person, but my favorite is red velvet.
5. I have owned two cars. The first one my father sold without my knowing when I was at a competition, and I lost my car to my parents when I left home. I'm looking for one at the moment. As for the mailbox, I am a good driver...I haven't hit anything.
6. I do like cats...but usually only my own. I had a cat named Kitty for a long time until he was stolen....he was like Feline Miroku.
7. I have given a cat a bath....not good results.
8. I do like coffee....very much.
9. Hmm....daring, silly, or stupid thing....wow. Umm, I would have to say the last Shakespeare contest I was in a few years ago. I was performing the "All the Worlds a Stage" piece where the man goes through the stages of life from birth to death. I had the ingenius idea to layer myself in different clothes and take them off on stage to portray the phases of life. The crowd went wild when I started to take of my clothes to have another costume revealed. I got to the Soldier and was changing for the next part when my pants caught on the stage and I went sailing backwards landing on my rear...in front of 200 people. I felt reeaallly stupid...
10. I have thought about dressing as one of my own characters for a con. I have my own little manga. The problem I have faced is living with very racial family. However, since I am on my own, I plan on doing it in the future.
11. I do like sugar, but I have to watch how much of it I consume. I'm hypoglycemic...
12. I am NOT sixteen...it'd be nice to be that young again though! lol
13. Currently I have no pets...but I would like to get a long-haired dodsen in the next few years.

Thanks for the questions, guys. Keep them coming!

I thought the performance was great!

What's your favorite brand of chai?
If you were to compile a CD of your favorite music, what would be on it? Remember, it has to fit on a CD (about 75 minutes worth)
What's your favorite film score by:
Hans Zimmer
John Williams
Danny Elfman
Ennio Morricone
and last, but CERTAINLY not least
Alan Silvestri

What's your favorite movie?
Who is your favorite director?
"To be a good listener, you must acquire a musical culture...you must be familiar with the history and development of music, you must listen...to receive music you have to open your ears and wait for the music, you must believe that it is something you need ...to listen is an effort, and just to hear has no merit. A duck hears also." - Igor Stravinsky

Fudge...I lost my post...I'll try again though.

1. As of now, vanilla chai is my favorite.
2. I have tried to compile my favorite songs into one cd and I have never been successful. I recently burned 20 cds of my favorite songs, and that is barely the tip of the iceberg. I love music...
3. Favorite Zimmer score: between Blood and Memoirs of a Geisha
4. Favorite Williams score: three way tie with Jurassic Park, Schneidlers List, and Superman
5.Favorite Elfman score: currently undecided
6. Favorite Morricone score: currently undecided
7. Favorite Silvestri score: tie between Back to the Future and Polar Express
8. I don't necessarily have a favorite movie. A few of my top picks include Howl's Moving Castle, Throne of Blood, and Into the Wild.
9. For favorite director, I like both Spielburg and Burton.
10. I consider everyone on the CAA to be my friend...I love you all very much. However, I have different degrees of friendship from casual to good friends. Rest assured, Mr. Rock, I see you as a good friend of mine. My goal is to befriend as many members here as possible. :)

ANY question eh...?

Nah, I'll be good. For now.

- Favorite food?

- Eye color?

- If you were stuck on a desert island and could only have three books what would they be?

- What does it mean to "rock a vote?" Can a vote be R&B'd? Singer-songwrited?

- Thirteen colonies? That's bad luck. Who's the colony wizard who came up with that one?

Oh! I didn't see Miss Corrie's post.... I'm so sorry.

1. The president in office when I was born ranges to Reagan to Clinton. ^_~
2. Hmm....I have had this avatar since I joined the site....I honestly don't remember. I will confess that I don't care for it much anymore. lols

And where was your mind going, Mr. Nate? tsk tsk.....

3. My favorite food would have to be Japanese....and doughnuts.
4. My eyes are brown with some gold coloring in them....?
5. I honestly don't know what "rock a vote" means. I suppose it could be used as a theme for a song...but I see it as your opinion can make a powerful decision.
6. Hahaha! I am not sure whose bright idea it was for establishing the thirteen colonies....I think ten would have been better. lol

1. My favorite animes are Android Kikaider, Blood, Inuyasha, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, DNAngel, Case Closed, Rurouni Kenshin, and every Studio Glibli movie.
2. My favorite manga include Maison Ikkoku, Kill Me Kiss Me, DNAngel, Chobits, Inuyasha, Detective Conan, Rurouni Kenshin, Vampire Knight, and Chibi Vampire...to name a few.
3. Hmm...I am not one for video games. I enjoy playing Tetris, Need for Speed, and anything Zelda. My newest favorite is a computer game called My Tribe...but I cannot afford it right now. :(
4. I have cosplayed, but not greatly due to lack of funds. The last two cosplays I did were a neko-girl (with kimono and umbrella), and Woo-yah from Shaman Showdown. (It was an ex-boyfriend's idea...I hate that show.)

=^_^= Thank you all so much for your questions! I enjoy answering them.

Do you like Pop Tarts? If so, what kind.

The same question also applies to Hot Pockets and Toaster Strudel and any other toaster food you might enjoy.

Also, why does peanut butter unlock all of the secret properties of toast which toast did not reveal prior to the application of said peanut butter?

Yay! More questions!

1. Jiro was my favorite character from Kikaider. I was so sad when he died....*sniff*
2. Hmm....I don't know exactly...my eyes are pretty shotty...so I'd be lucky to get a ten bucks. Hehe.
3. I do not know of this two bands at all, I am sorry to say. I generally listen to older forms of music. I apologize.
4. Well, I usually don't eat Poptarts, but if there was a kind that I would eat, then it would have to be chocolate.
5. My favorite type of Hot Pocket is ham and cheese, my favorite Toaster Struedel is blueberry, and I don't eat a lot of "toaster food". If toast counts, I eat that sometimes.
6. Peanut butter?!? Eeeeek!!!!! *runs away for dear life* I cannot eat peanut butter....just smelling it makes me sick. I had a bad experience when I was in grade school. My school had little money, so our home ec. class was taught by a science teacher. My friend made peanut butter fudge.....with canola oil. I was hurling the stuff for two days...... I cannot help unsolve your peanut butter mystery. I am sorry. *hangs head in shame*
