I'm willing to bet that Naruto will reach Inuyasha's length soon enough.

Drop by the chat sometime. Awesome things tend to happen there.

Well, generally this place is big enough that if you name one series there'll be someone who likes it. My own favorites are (currently) Noein, Mushishi, Fruits Basket, and Scrapped Princess, not necessarily in that order. You probably want to check out the recommendations thread for the best sample of opinions (in my opinion).

Thank you..I will. ^_^ I have seen a few episodes of Noein...not enough to determine if I like it or not...and I just watched a few of Fruits Basket at a friend's house last week...she said i would like it and I did. =)

Welcome! Hope you have an awesome time here!
My faves....? Well, so far the only anime that I've almost finish is Tsubasa. Still can't find the rest of them. Don't know if they're out yet either.... Just started watching Samurai 7 and that's pretty good. I'm still somewhat new to anime/manga. Only been into it for 2 years.
Anyway! Hope you have fun here!

Hello AlyssHeart, thank you for joining CAA! I know you will have a great time here. Yeah, Bleach, Naruto and FMA are great. Tsubasa is good too. I think you should look for DNangel as well, because I enjoyed it very much. And we're both 17! Are you still in school or have you graduated high school and heading off for college? This will be my senior year. And you're also in Tennessee. Ive been there and it is a good state. I live in North Carolina, right next to Tennessee. So I hope you have a great time on CAA!

I love Tennessee..don't get me wrong..it is very beautiful here, but it is where I live in Tennessee...a very small town...a hickville and the people are jerks...sounds great huh? Of course there are acceptions. Anyway, this is a great place!!! I am glad I found it! ^_^

In NC it's also a very southern place(Maybe not full of hicks but they are southern. I also live in a small town, but it's right next to a city.), and it can have some of it's problems. But I like it.

I hope this school year will be good because we are going to be seniors after all!

High fives* Welcome, AlyssHeart! No Christian friends who like anime? Well... I don't really have any either, but I do have Christian friends period. I also loved it when I just found this site period. It meant I could still watch anime without the fear of stumbling across objectionable content.

The animes I've seen are Howl's Moving Castle,
Castle in the Sky,
Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind,
Grave of the Fireflies,
Kiki's Delivery Service,
Steamboy,
Porco Rosso,
Great Conquest Romance of the Three Kingdoms

I like just about everything on that list except for Porco Rosso. A couple weeks ago I might have said anything Hayao Miyazaki, but Porco Rosso had stuff in it I didn't like, and that type of hero character I just can't warm up to. (Macgyver is way better, no matter how 70's or 80's he is) So I sold it and got Kiki's Delivery Service.

I've also read the Aqua mangas and am starting up the ladder on the Aria mangas. They're both great, though I have only volume 1 of Aria. I've also read a little Fruits Basket, but honestly, the humor can be so wierd, I hardly pick them up.

P.S. If you don't know who Hayao Miyazaki is, you have to get one of his films NOW if you want to be considered a true anime fan. I'm saying this jokingly, of course. Howl's Moving Castle, while expensive (all anime is it seems), is by far the greatest anime I've ever seen. It's almost American in its buddy system between the three main characters.
The greatest Christian manga of all time! http://gameplan.christianmanga.com/
