Name: Simon (Last name not known)

Powers: Mind Control but only really works if the person is knocked out or brain numb or a mutant
Outlander
Height:6'7
Hair: Short, Shaved. Black
Markings: Bar Code on the back of his neck
Weight:137 lbs
Body: Slim and weak. Not much of a fighter
Personality: Control Freak
Story: Simon was an experiment on Radiation powers after the attack. He soon broke out using the help of some mutants in the lab and started a gang of mutants that destroy camps and villages. He has a unique tie to Danny in danny's youth.

I forgot to put clothing on him
Clothes: appears to be a Striaght(SP?, Like the ones for insanity clinics) Jacket with the sleeves ripped off and pants, both white.

Hmm... I think I'll introduce another character. It's the fat guy Keith ran into a little while ago. 
Name: Ross Farrcry
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 344 lbs
Blood type: O
Age: 36
Hair: Shaved, but light brown; Has a trimmed goatee.
Eyes: Green
Clothing: Light purple T-shirt (kinda' small on him), Knee length khaki shorts, flip-flops.
Accessories: Thin, square frame glasses; a small, custom made wrench he keeps on him at all times; thick black belt; silver ring on 2nd toe of right foot.
Markings: Mole behind left ear; scar on right cheek; small dragon tattoo on right ankle.
Powers: Able to heat items with his hands, making metal easier to bend/manipulate, harden sand, burn enemies, etc.
Status: Outlander
Occupation: Mechanical engineer
Personality: Hot-tempered, but can focus well; paranoid, Doesn't like being called fat.
Details: Ross was 16 when the aliens attacked. Until that time, he was good with the technology of the day. He ran away from home a year after the attack and, using the mechanical knowledge he learned from his dad, earned a living fixing machines. He still remembers the technology from before the attack and misses it, wishing he could once again try his hand with the applications and programs like he did 20 years ago.
