Carpel Tunnel

Postby Sheenar » Tue Nov 20, 2007 2:55 pm

Please lift up a quick prayer for my left arm. I think I'm getting carpel tunnel from typing at my job. I'm seeing the doctor tomorrow. I'll keep you guys updated...(I'll probably be away for 5-6 days because of the holiday).
"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18

Praying. Be kind to your hands and don't hit the keys so hard.

I'm praying too. Take it easy over the holidays, sis.

Turns out it's not carpel tunnel, just overuse. So the doctor put me on some Prednisone and an elbow brace --so it should get well in a week or so.
Thanks for praying.
Also, my office is getting me one of those cushy support things to put your hands/arms on...so I should be having less problems in the future.
