It is sitting in the pending area, apparently lacking someone to approve it, because it looks essentially good.

Half-Life review? Awesome! I haven't decided if I want to play it yet, so that review will be very helpful.

That would be fairly common. Give the staff some time. I definitely haven't played that game; Command & Conquer is more Link's domain.

The "out of order" has been fixed. What error message have you received when you submitted the review? Or was the error message preventing you from submitting?

I've heard interesting things about F.E.A.R. and would be tickled to have a review on that game. I assume there are non-PC versions of the game, however, the PC version is all I'm interested in.

I wouldn't mind a review of Resident Evil 4. I've yet to find a christian perspective review of the game, and I have been interested in it for a while.

I would love a review for Ever 17 Out of Infinity, but It would probably be very difficult to do given the nature of the in-game story development. I really just want to know the severity of the content it's rated for.

Yeah, I had a question.

In the "Link's Guide to Writing Good Reviews" Thread, it looks like Mith says that we should pledge to review games in this thread. Is that what we're supposed to do, or did I misunderstand Mith's words?

Either way, I would like to write a review, but I need to know if this is the right thread to say what game I want to review.

Which part gave you that impression? Whatever it was, this is only an unfortunate misunderstanding. If you want to review a game, simply write one; claiming is only necessary under very specific circumstances. You could ask if there is currently a review pending for a game in this thread if you like, but otherwise go ahead and write.

Would my submitting a new thread in this board for a game I've already submitted a review for be appropriate, or would that be beating a dead horse?

You've submitted a review but it hasn't been approved yet? If that's the case, please wait for one of us to finish this (but list the title; I'll approve it if I'm able). Actually, you can't post a new thread in this forum; the game threads are only for discussion of a submitted review.

Yeah, I submitted a review for the Legend of Dragoon a while back, and I don't think it's been put up yet. I can understand though, considering I'm pretty sure a mod has to verify my info is accurate, and LOD is kinda tough to come by nowadays.

You're correct about that; it may be a little while before a review for LoD gets approved. But it is in the review area and looks fundamentally good to me as far as quality goes.

Okay, sorry, I must have misunderstood.

Anyway, is there a review pending for Lego Star Wars? Or Lego Star Wars II?

I wouldn't mind a review for Rule of Rose either... I wanted to play the game, but heard some bad reviews for it. Then again, people vary...

The game was banned in the UK and Australia for its sexually suggestive themes and brutal violence involving children and animals. And it was banned in the US for having horrible gameplay... well, not really...

Any reviews coming for Shadow of the Colossus or Ico coming?

Really? I heard it wasn't banned, just cancelled. Although the mayor of Rome really seemed to think it was bad. Or maybe he just wanted attention (more likely).

Either way, I'm terribly off-topic. Sorry!
