I'd say that Staple is more moledic hardcore...

If you check out purevolume and type in "old underoath" you should be able to find some of their stuff Kazuya.

even people who do *know* don't seem to really agree with each other all the time when it comes to a specific group

"but the code!?!?"
"the pirate's (metalhead's) code is more actually like a set of guidelines "

Anybody know of some good Christian Thrash in the vein of Metallica/Anthrax/Megadeth?

Your Welcome Kazuya.
I don't have the new Norma Jean cd...I'm not a big fan of them, they are a bit chaotic for my tastes.
Thanks for the info about those bands, Temple of Blood seems pretty good (that is all I have listened to so far).
Thanks

I personally have not heard much from them. Just a couple of songs from the 1st CD.
I saw the CD at Hastings, so I figured some people may have the CD :P

I want Mortal Treason's new CD. I loved the song War Within.

Just to let you know, from what I have heard, Mortal Treason lost quite a few members between cds, and their new cd is more death/black metal than metalcore.

Yes, they have been discussed, but thats fine... They do play insanely fast. I have actually heard them called prog-metal, but I really can't agree with that, I think they sound very power-ish.

Yah, there are other girls here. Welcome.
In my opinion, Demon Hunter is nu-metal...but that is just me. Wikipedia defines them as "metalcore".

YUSH! Once again, awesome. I think NJ is becoming huge :bang: Each cd has its own sorta sound overall. Personally (although this may seem odd to most NJ fans) I like O God the most cause it's what got me into hardcore, and it's just a really interesting album.
