I didn't bother with the Grammys...I knew none of my favorites had been nominated, plus there are just toooo many annoying people at the Grammys every year....eh...I'll go away now. *runs off mumbling*

The performances by Outkast and the White Stripes rocked! They were awesome!

I was mad that Justin Timberlake won the male vocals over George Harrison and Warren Zevon. He's not good at all. Ugh. I also loved Christina Aguilera's suit that she wore.
Maybe our mistakes are what make our fate. Without them, what would shape our lives? Perhaps if we never veered off course, we wouldn't fall in love, or have babies, or be who we are. After all, seasons change. So do cities. People come into your life and people go. But it's comforting to know the ones you love are always in your heart. And if you're very lucky, a plane ride away.

Timberlake should be beaten with a sock full of batteries. ;) I agree that Harrison and Zevon should have won that.

Yeah, I watched the Grammy's, though it was more like the AMA's or the people's choice awards. It just seemed like a popularity contest and not at all about who had put out the best music. Wow, did you ever think Celine Dion would have to deal with technical difficulties on TV? The teenieboppers would have probably ran off the stage crying. :waah!: Oh well. What can you expect? They need viewers, I'm sure. And yeah, the White Stripes were good at least.

You americans have some strange ideas of what rock is, how did Pink win something in this catagory?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Looks like Dave Grohl picked up an award though, good fer him.

Only people that won that I like are The Foo's, Metallica and The White Stripes.

EDIT: Sorry bout the language

Yay, "clocks" won best record! I love that song.

And I'm sorry, does anyone else crack up when they read "Best Polka Album"?

Yeah I can't believe Justin won anything. Here, take some batteries and give him a good whack for me too.

NOO!!

Korn's 'Did my Time' & Stone Sour's 'Inhale' lost to Metallica's 'St. Anger!'

I watched up to the Foo Fighters performence. Otherwise, this years Grammys stinked, because Justin Timberlake was there.. I hate him...

So? St Anger was a better song than Did My Time. (I was quite disappointed with that song anyway). I've never heard 'Inhale'.

While I think stone sour is due a grammy...I think Metallica deserved it. Korns newest cd is not very good. I miss the Got the life days.

I didn't watch the GRammys, nor will I ever, but I'm glad to see Weird Al (YES! WEIRD AL!) and Evanscence won something. And Coldplay, too. GAH, I love the song Clocks. ^^ *donates a few batteries to the 'beat Justin Timberlake' fund*
