Has anyone ever heard of a rock instrumentalist named Joe Satriani? He is great. His songs don't have lyrics, but his guitar playing is AMAZING! He taught the guitar player for Metallica for a while, so there is a little bit of a Metallica feel to his music. Highly recommended artist :thumb: .

I got introduced to Satriani's music when I went to a Dream Theater concert 4 years ago. He was the opening act. Seeing him play in concert was incredible. He and John Petrucci are two of the most talented players I know of. I like some of his stuff, but I tend to lean towards stuff that has keyboard in it a little more. (Thus the liking of Dream Theater. :P )
Still a pretty good artist though!

I love his music. I want to go to a concert so badly.

He is the first rock artist I got into. My dad let me listen to one of his cds when I was 6. I loved it! Btw, he does sing in some songs...I believe.

He occasionally does, but he shouldn't.
