I'm loving the quote. It's pretty awesome. I think that I've mentioned this band before but in case I haven't I'm writing them down again...Slow Coming Day. Stinking good music.

Hawthorne Heights? I'm sure just about every emo/mallcore kid (and then some) knows about Hawthorne Heights. And MTV <3's Hawthorne Heights, so I don't see how Hawthorne Heights could be considered 'unknown.'

Anathallo is one of my new favorite bands. For serious. They remind me of Sufjan Stevens. And not hearing about them until recently means that they're not well-known enough. Buy Floating Worlds! Nowwwww!

Man, your taste in music is so rad. Anathallo is awesome. I have their Holiday at the Sea EP. I need to get Floating Worlds when I get some more cash.

Most people I talk to have never heard of Hawk Nelson. Heh, and no one likes Cyndi Lauper.

Paramore. They are a little more well known in the underground but I think that they're still small enough to be on this list.

Alexisonfire. They're not too huge here in America, I think. They're a Canadian band, and with the upcoming release of 'Crisis'... I'm just so psyched up about this one, especially since they grew so much musically between their first two records, so now I'm really interested to hear their 3rd.

The Delgados are probably the best band I've ever heard. They're indie-rock, and their music is rather depressing, so only listen if you're *coughinsanelikemecough* OR if you want to be depressed

E Nomine. They are a band from Germany that mixes the German and Latin languages. Sort of a mix of different musical styles.
I would not mind you in my head, if you were not so clearly mad.
-Lews Therin Telamon(Wheel of time)

-Tehol (Midnight Tides)

-Grand Admiral Thrawn(Last Command)

My brother on discovering that I got my little sister addicted to anime
brother: Your turning Jennifer into a geek.
Me: You are also a geek, you just happen to be good at hiding it.
brother: No I’m not, I just happen to like Star Wars.
Me: Alright, how many squadrons of fighters does a Star Destroyer carry?
brother: Is it a Victory, or a Imperial Class destroyer?
*long pause*
brother: I think I just proved your point.

Thoushaltnot. They are a Industrial/Synthpop/New Wave/Post-punk group which is always just bubbling with catchy intelligent (and often highly Christian) lyrics and likewise highly catchy tunes which are very unique.

Edit: Youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WLCtzFSR_8 has an AMV video that shows what I'm talking about.

I have one of their CDs, Open Sky, and I enjoy it quite a bit. Kildare, which I've heard has many of the same members, is also very good.
