Yes... I'm looking for a new manga to get into. O.x;;; So... I'm just wondering what ones you guys recommend. The things I really like are humor, action, maybe a little romance... :) I HATE yaoi so... please, no yaoi stuff... XD! *Luke beats her with stick for saying 'stuff'*
Now, I would like to know of ones that are for the most part clean, because I'm aware of the fact the 100% clean mangas are very hard to find. ^^;;

Hmmmm.
It might help if you list what manga titles you've read before.

Yeah...what manga have you read? You've probably already read it, but I'd say to get Kenshin. Other than that...well, I'm looking for some manga myself o_O

I've always enjoyed Kodocha.
Maybe our mistakes are what make our fate. Without them, what would shape our lives? Perhaps if we never veered off course, we wouldn't fall in love, or have babies, or be who we are. After all, seasons change. So do cities. People come into your life and people go. But it's comforting to know the ones you love are always in your heart. And if you're very lucky, a plane ride away.

.Hack//Legend of the Twilight is a very good manga, but there is some fanservice. Of course, I'd recommend most CLAMP mangas to you, though they're not always humorous--Magic Knight Rayearth, Angelic Layer, and of course Card Captor Sakura are all excellent.

Trigun, anyone? Yeah, I like .Hack//LOTT quite a bit thus far. I haven't read a lot of manga, so I don't know if I should be recommending anyway. But, Trigun is good. :)

DiGiCharat is sqeaky clean, and like they said, .hack is good (Possibly my favorite manga--WAAAY better then the .hack anime on CN!!) Kenshin's manga has some violence (a small panel showing a guy whose head is flying off) and a bit of swearing (mostly PG material). I can't recommend Ragnarok though... too much occultic stuff and a bit too fanservicey... _ _

Well raganork is based on the norse myth of the end of the world. In that story even the ''gods'' die. Hmph! Some almighty ''gods'' they were. :lol:

I thought Tokyo Mew Mew was a drag and it just keeps on getting worse (I mean...Ichigo gets replaced as head boss by some weird half bunny half cat girl who needs some serious help....). Well of course you don't need to read that far into the series.

Try CLAMP's Angelic Layer. ^^ I found it the cleanest and most entertaining of their manga. (I like X/1999 a bit better though, but it's QUITE violent)

Yay! Somebody has heard of Ragnarok! Ok well maybe not yay.. Samurai Mike was right when he said;
I can't recommend Ragnarok though... too much occultic stuff and a bit too fanservicey...
Those are the exact two reasons I stopped reading it. It's tempting me again though. Argghhh! Must have Ragnarok... No must keep convictions.

Anyway, I go to the book store tommarrow, what should I get? I only have or read, Full Metal Panic (hmm... too much fanservice, maybe i'll pitch it), Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Ragnarok, Galaxy Express 999, Ranma 1/2, em... I'll stop there. Need something without alot of magic and prefferably no fanservice. I'm thinking Kenshin and... I'm think I'm going to try for some good (tastefully done) violence :evil: .

I'd put the manga you listed in this order of preference.

1. Rurouni Kenshin
2. Magic Knights Rayearth
3. Card Captor Sakura

I've only been able to find 2 volumes of Kenshin....of course, I got both of them. They leave no detail out, lol...no fanservice, some language (d-word, wh-word, h-word, possible the b-word...) nothing really bad. It's violent, and they do have some disturbing images....
