Fistful of Dollars
For a Few Dollars More
The Good the Bad and the Ugly
High Noon
The Searchers

I haven't seen that many westerns movies.

Honorable Mentions:
Once upon a Time in the West (starts out well but sort of gets silly towards the end)
Pale Rider (starts out well but goes overboard towards the end)

Erm...

I've seen The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (which also made a good song... ^_^ ), The Comencheros and Support Your Local Sherriff but I've also seen and rather enjoyed The Shakiest Gun in the West with Don Knotts. :)

Maverick was an ok movie but the series was much better as it had James Garner as Bret Maverick.

The Gunslinger.

Because it was the only Western bad enough to be featured on Mystery Science Theater 3000. Therefore, it is my favorite.

Too much to say honestly.

And, despite how great GBU is, just seems to make me sound like a newb. =/
