Webpage help.

Attention all web page builders!! I'm tryin to find code for a certain type of effect for a site. I have no idea how to describe it clearly, but i'll try my best. I don't know what its called either :(.

Well basically, when you have this it's like...when you scroll up and down a site the background stays still while everything else on top of it movies. Like the text would move, pic thumbnails, links, banners...stuff like that. And the back ground stays still. That's the best I can desribe it...

If anyone has any idea of what I'm talking about plz tell me. I'm tryin to build my own site and I kinda wanna add that effect to it.

I don't have an example site that I know of...sorry...I know this seems in the dark, but Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :)

Ok...never mind :p. Friend of mine just found it for me. :hits_self He just happened to read my post while he was browsin and he found it lol. (Were on the college computers :p) Ok so...I guess this can be closed or deleted. Thanks!!

I just need IE code. Thanks MelodyMaker. Good thing you posted that cuz my friend forgot to give me the link to the site he found it on...How stupid is that :P.

I hope you're not serious. That's quite restrictive especially since Mozilla-based browsers make up a significant portion of the market.

Also, please remember that HTML was never about design, but about documents. In this day and age this has totally been forgotten.
