What is your favorite Anime song?

For me, it would have to be "Ordinary Girl" from CCS. I don't know why, but I've always liked that song. A close second would be the English version of "I Know Tears" from RK, and "Hikaru no Suashi" from Hikaru no Go. I think that's how you spell the name...it's been a while. The reason I like the third one so much is because of the voice behind it. I dunno why, but it just seems soothing.

EDIT: Hikaru no Suashi is from Record of Lodoss War, the ending song, or atleast that's what this site says. My bad.

I have a few favorites. My current favorite is Morning Glow by Mayuko Aoki (from Final Fantasy X-2), but I also like any musical score from .hack//SIGN, and The Real Folk Blues by Mai Yamane (from Cowboy Bebop).

I'll go with the song from Hamtaro's closing credits. Quite a catchy tune. ^_^

1/3 from Kenshin, the opening song for the first season is good too. It makes me want to bob around like a fool.
Maybe our mistakes are what make our fate. Without them, what would shape our lives? Perhaps if we never veered off course, we wouldn't fall in love, or have babies, or be who we are. After all, seasons change. So do cities. People come into your life and people go. But it's comforting to know the ones you love are always in your heart. And if you're very lucky, a plane ride away.

Heart of Sword - Rurouni Kenshin
Tank - Cowboy Bebop
Fukai Mori, My Will, No More Words - Inuyasha (in that order; Japanese please...:) )
Ashita no Brilliant Road - Stellvia of the Universe (or so I'm told)
Stand a Chance - Big O

Eee, I can't pick one!

People who write below their abilities in order to crank out tons of books and make a buck. Especially Christian authors who do that. Outsiders judge us for it, and make fun of us for it, and it makes Jesus look bad. We of all artists on earth should be the most concerned with doing our best possible work at all times. We of all people should write with all our hearts, as if writing for the Lord and not for men.

It's got to be either,
Tank - Cowboy Bebop
Blue - Cowboy Bebop

I havn't found alot of music that has stuck in my mind, except for maybe that one song from Noir, the one song that the watch plays. Don't know what it's called though.

I like lots of anime songs, but my favorites are:

Heart of Sword, It's Gonna Rain- Rurouni Kenshin
Shining Gundam- G Gundam
Garlic Jr's Theme- Dragon Ball Z
Kiseki No Umi- Record of Lodoss War OVA

I also really like the "power-up" song from the early episodes of Ronin Warriors, but I don't know the exact title.

The theme from Virus Buster Serge - It might not be a brilliant anime but its theme sounds like rock to me.

I'd have to say my favorite is My Will from Inuyasha. Tank and The Real Folk Blues from Cowboy Bebop were favorites for a long time, but they kinda burned out on me. I also like Tsuki no Gotoku and Shinken from Love Hina.

My favorite right now, and it probably will be for a long time is "Free Bird" from Haibane Renmei. It's the opening theme. It has no lyrics, is just an instrumental, so it works in any language, and it's just got this... wonderful bittersweet tone. It's kind of a wistful-sounding song overall, and is just so pretty. I think that anime just has such pretty instrumental music, and so fitting to the story.

I also like "The Real Folk Blues", "Blue" and "Call Me" from Cowboy Bebop, in that order.

"Ride on Shooting Star" from FLCL. It has a very cool rock-n-roll beat and the random English/Engrish lyrics thrown in with the main Japanese lyrics and make no sense are fun!

"Sound Life" from Trigun. Hey, it's a pretty song.

I like the opening of Naruto, season one.... It's in Japanese, so I don't know the name. And I'm also partial to Naruto, season one's ending theme song, Wind. It's an eerie, bitter-sweet tune.
What can I say, I'm a Naruto fan. ^^

My current favorite is the acoustic ending to Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne (season 2). Not at all bad, and very mellow/soothing. I also liked the piano scores from the series.

hmm, it may have already been mentioned, but I liked the big songs from Gundam Wing-- Just Communication and Rythem Emotion. In fact, GW is the only anime soundtrack I own. ^^;

I like the theme for Dual! Parallel Trouble Adventure and for Rurouni Kenshin, Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star. Any song from Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040 or .Hack/Sign. I also love the CCS songs throughout the series (always light and happy). ^_^
