What do you think these mangas SHOULD have been rated. According to viz theire rated 13 up. Whats your guyses opinion on what these should have been rated

I'm fine with their ratings. Naruto is by large clean but the violence level is very high, whereas DBZ isn't entirely clean but has a bit less violence (less bloody, I mean. It has more violence than anyone).

By teen you mean 13+ right?

The ratings for magazines are completely different than other ratings. "Teen" is actually the legitimate name of the rating. However, it does correspond to about 13+.

I usually don't read the Dragonball Z manga in my Shonen Jump. I enjoy Naruto though and I'm fine with both their ratings. I think they're probably about the equivalent of some PG-13 movies.
