My x850xt video cards fan speed is set extremely low from the factory, I tried to remedy this with atitool but for some reason the second i turn ati tool on a high pitched whining comes from the computer that makes me want to claw my ears out and any animal within close proximity to the room its in go nuts.
I need to change fan speed but ati tool wont work, got any suggestions?

I had checked that, It happens the second ati tool is turned on. I just read some reviews of the product and they said they had the same thing happen with ati tool. Is there any similar programs to ati tool out there?

i have an x800xt, it hasnt had that problem in ati tools
