This Forum is getting popular...

... and that fast..

After that I became member, there have been almost 200 more mebers... in only 1,5 Month!!!

That's pretty good, but if the amount of members comes over like 1500++(or 2000++) I think it's may be less fun to discuss, because the amount of replays is like extremly many... and the threads is faster "outdated", and It's hard to be attentive to all of them.

But.. I hope I'm totally wrong, and of course I want more members to join!!

It's also a tip to the developers, to think about the future!

Btw. I have been in a forum with 39414 members, and it can work with that many.. so I think that it's not a real problem util it's over 10000 members here. ;-)

Yeah, we're going to get up to a thousand pretty soon, if the numbers keep going up.

I haven't been on very many forums, but on another one in which I posted quite frequently, there were about 4,000 members. It wasn't that much different from this one, except in the topics of discussion and quality of the community (this one being superior of couse  ).

We are increasing. Exponentially, actually, which makes me think of how big this forum could get eventually. When we're Go Gaia sized, that will be insane... but still manageable. I do hope we continue to grow, though it makes it much harder for me to keep up with everything I may be interested in. Also, I wonder how many posts certain members will have in, say, ten years. Quite a few, I'd imagine.

I'm glad to know there are so many Christian anime fans. ^_^ And that this forum is somewhere people can share their Christian faith and anime stuff too! Yay!

All posts ever posted (save those that are deleted) go to the archives at some point, but they can be returned to at any time. If that answers your question, the semantics of which are confusing.

And if you're worried about replay threads, we understand that years from now of course people will still talk about the same titles. Unless we feel a subject's been covered pretty thouroughly, we don't mind repeating some. After all with new members come new perspectives and such...not a bad thing really. However, yeah, if we remember a rather noteworthy thread about such and such title we'll dig it up from the archives.

Anyway, the sheer numbers of this forum have not been ignored, lemme tell ya. I don't exactly know how we will change and grow as the Lord adds to our numbers, but I can promise you that while I am here CAA will stay true to it's purpose, and Lord willing, make an impact in the lives of the lost.

It's nice this forum is growing at a good rate. I get lost a few times trying to catch up on what's new. lol

The biggest forums I've been to was.. Lucasforums which is at...

I left it awhile back ago, because it became overrun with spam and ads.

I think that Go Gaia has it beat, if that counts. Still, by the time we're a year old we will be a decently sized forum. Hopefully we can keep back the spam factor.

A year old? I don't guess I ever realised that the site was that new! lol

But yeah, we are getting a lot more members all the time, which is a good thing, IMO. See, since the world's population is increasing exponentially, then it's natural that a good site's pop should do the same. If it isn't, you know it's failing fast. Which CAA isn't, luckily

I remember starting a coupld of "rerun" threads myself, in my first couple of months especially, but it's like Ash said -- with new people come new ideas. For example, I recently bumped the "homeschooling" thread back up, and quite a few people new to the discussion have dropped in :)

I think its cool that its growing! It means more christian people are into anime and want to watch only that which will glorify God. Also, its great to talk with people who believe like you do and share the same intrests! ^_^

Yes. About two years from the founding, though it hasn't yet been a year from our switch to the VBulletin forums.
