Last night while talking to a friend I was reminded of the old classic adventure game Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. Ah, I do remember the days of those old classics.

I am not sure that there were any Star Wars adventure games. They certainly made quite a few Star Wars games, but did they have any of that genre?

i dont remember any starwars adventure either...my fav is definatly FULL THROTTLE
though fate of atlantis comes in 2nd
didnt lucasarts also do the gabriel knight series? i never played them, but my friend said they were good

Yes, Full Throttle was awesome. Ben has to be one of the greatest adventure characters ever.

Anyway, the Gabriel Knight series, which I also have not played, was produced by Sierra.

KOTOR, while a fantastic game, is an RPG. "Adventure Game" as we are defining it here is a story-based game which is driven primarily by solving puzzles, often using an inventory system and conversing with game characters in the game. It is similar to an RPG, except that adventure games usually will not have a stat and level progression and focus nearly entirely on puzzles with little or no combat.

I'm pretty sure Star Wars: Lightsaber Battles for PS1 was an adventure game.
And there were ones for SNES, as well...
But, I haven't played any of the other Lucas arts games, except an Indiana Jones game for SNES... o.o

I personally thought that there was nothing religiously offensive in the game. It does not really take any sort serious theological stance. Naturally, the way that death and the afterlife operate in the game is not how we know it to be. But neither are the game designers suggesting that it does. The whole thing is meant to be kind of silly and off the wall.

I highly recommend the game, myself. I should go replay it if I can find the discs around.
