ugh, food poisoning...why now?

Postby Kry » Thu May 04, 2006 1:58 pm

Well, I'm working on getting a summer job, but the other day I went to McDonalds with my friends (I normally don't eat at McDonalds...but eh, they wanted to and majority rules I guess) and I ended up getting food poisoning. It was gruesome, but I'll spare you the details......so my stomach is still messed up and i'm literally NEVER hungry...I could go without eating for way beyond 24 hours and not feel a thing. I think I'm just still recovering from the food poisoning, but I'm a little worried.

Also, I have a job interview tomorrow afternoon.....and I'm kinda nervous. It's a group interview...which to me is strange....have you ever heard of a group interview? Well..I havn't but then again....I havn't been on an interview for a couple years, and none at a big store-type place. (I work at a school normally...so yeah.) Anyways, sorry that was long.....but I could really use some God-support (aka...prayer!) lol So, that would so be appreciated. Thanks guys.

I've never had food poisoning, so I don't know what it's like. I DO know some verses from the Bible you can quote if you still aren't feeling well.
1 Peter 2:24
Psalm 103: 2,3

Lord, I thank You that you give Kry peace that passes all understanding so she can go to the interview without worrying. I thank You for helping her get enough rest in time for the interview too. Thank You, Lord, that she is fully recovering in Jesus' Name. Amen.

To serve your turn long after they are gone
And so hold on when there is nothing left in you
Except the Will which says to them: 'Hold on!' ...you'll be a Man, my son!

I'll be praying... oy, I always hear from my one friend how sick he gets when he goes to McDonalds... but he keeps going back... I just chow down on their deli toasted sandwiches now (which sadly, aren't even available in America :/) ...fries are still good too. But yeah I'll pray, cause I've had a similar experience (not quite food poisoning though, but close enough) and it so wasn't fun^^

I'll pray.

Food poisoning=misery. I'll be praying.
K. Ayato: What happens if you press the small red button?

*Explosion goes off in the movie*

mechana2015: Does that answer your question?

K. Ayato: Perfectly.
