Thus far is quite good. Though I have been a closet RSJ fan since I turned to the Lord. I have always enjoyed her music.

I love your variety of music tastes, Ark. :thumb:

Thanks Tom. If you were to open my binder, you would find odd things like Avril Lavigne, Michelle Branch, TaTu, Enya. Then things like Living Sacrafice....*shrug* depends on my mood really. I love a lot of women singers. I find there voices very relaxing I guess. The only stuff I really don't care for is most country (other then Mr. Cash) and almost all rap. But hey, if you wanna listen to it, more power to you. Ignore others bashing your musical taste. Listen to what you enjoy. Not what others tell you is "good"

I've actually heard that Ciara is pretty positive. Not my style, but still, positivity is to be appreciated.

J. S. Bach: Orchestral Suites no. 2 & 3, Concerto for Two Violins in d minor
Palestrina: Missa Papae Marcelli, Missa Brevis (this music is absolutely gorgeous)
Plankeye "Strange Exchange"
Skillet "Hey You, I Love Your Soul"

I've really been enjoying sacred choral music lately--somehow, listening to masses is very soothing. Also, I have become somewhat addicted to Skillet ("Hey You, I Love Your Soul" is a great song).
Let others believe in the God who brings men to trial and judges them. I shall cling to the God who resurrects the dead.

Now THAT is a sweet deal. I have Fathom in CD format, and it's great. I think it's probably Mortal's best album.

If I'm this impressed with this cd which still has a "young" sound, I can't wait to get a newer one.

ALEXISONFIRE!!

......I don't like the band(actually never listened to them) but when I worked at a music store this summer and my friend Alex was gone for the summer, it made me smile and think of her everytime I passed by that cd.

ZOMG DUDE YOU GET 80 BILLION COOL POINTS FOR BUYING WATCH OUT!

Sorry. I had to get that out of my system... Because Aof is my favorite screamo band, and I didn't think anyone else here liked them. If you liked Watch Out! and haven't bought their self-titled, I recommend you do so.

Anyway.... Today, at Kkun's suggestion (and partially because Wal-Mart doesn't carry any Blood Brothers cd's...) I got Thursday's new album, 'A City By The Light Divided'. I haven't listened to the whole thing yet, but I already like everything I've heard! Definitely a good cd.

Nope, you weren't the only one XD It's a great album. My favorites so far are 'Counting 5-4-3-2-1', 'Telegraph Avenue Kisses', and 'The Other Side of the Crash/Over And Out (Of Control)'. It's a great cd, and I would recommend it to anyone.
