Xbox 360 Controller For The PC Problem

Well I Just Got A 360 Controller and Oblivion For The PC and I'm Having Some Trouble Calibrating My Controller For The Game...

The Left Analog Stick Kind of Works But The Right Analog Stick and The Trigger Buttons Don't and They Can't Even Be Programmed...

Is There A Way To Program These Buttons?

I've seen a number of people having the same problem and rumors say the upcoming patch for Oblivion will help a little bit and Microsoft is possibly working on a driver update too for better compatability, but dont trust them to hurry on it; try this to start off though.
