http://www.cartoonpassion.com/game.html

They're pretty expensive, but not much moreso than what games cost here in the States.

Not to discourage you but very few games will have enough english for you to understand the game completely, some are self-explanatory enough if it's anime based and you've seen the show (unless they turn it into an adventure/date-sim). Full english text mode is another story though, Gyakuten Saiban/Phoenix Wright is the only one I can think of like that.
But you want places, Play-Asia is the only site i've used other than eBay to get import titles, then again I only have 12 at the moment.

Play-asia is the one I have used, and my experience with them was great.

I own uh... 6 import games!

8 If you want to count korean versions of Metal Slug 4 and Baulders Gate 2. The latter being pretty much the english version (The box was korean)

http://www.ncsx.com sells import games as well, though, not cheaply. It is generally the nature of import games to be expensive. It's a specialty market, burdened by overseas shipping costs and import tariffs, etc....

Japanese video games are hardly cheap regardless...they are generally more expensive in Japan than in America...

I'm not aware how Japan does used games.

But the average price for a new PS2 game in Japan seems to be somewhere in the vicinity of $60 (as opposed to the typical American price of $50).

And then there are certain companies that know they can charge whatever they want for a game in Japan, and it will still sell millions of copies.
For example, Final Fantasy XII which is going to cost nearly $80 in Japan upon release.

expect from 5 days up till 2 weeks. It really depends on what method you ship and if your courrier (UPS, Fedex, etc) get things working right.
