*sigh* Magical Vacation

Anyone else heard of this game? This game was my most anticipated GBA title a couple years back, but unfortunately it never came out and slipped my mind... until I read about it in an old NP issue about 5 minutes ago. I wish this game had come out state-side, but I wish a *lot* of games came out state-side that never will. If anyone here has heard of it, or better yet, imported it, do you guys know if there's a reliable English guide to explain what's going on? I would totally import this game if I could understand what was going on.
