It's from Family Guy. XD;;

Peter was remembering the time he was in a Gap jeans commercial, and it showed a bunch of people wearing the jeans and going, "I don't want to be the same...but I don't want to be different...I just want to be me." And then Peter's standing there and says that line, and it's just hilarious.

If I remeber correctly the villian in tron was a giant non mobile computer thing with a revolving sheild (can see a boss fight where you use a boomerang like move to stun the super computer to get in there and pound on it).

Oh and I preordered this recently at eb games in my area, they say it is coming out the 28 of march. I am quite excited!

Well, the computer world villain was the Master Control Program, whose minion was named . . . Sark, if I remember, and the real-world villain was a computer programmer named Ed Dillinger. If memory serves. Tron was an awewsome movie. Except for the frisbees.

I want a light cycle so bad.

I reserved mine during the summer. I just bought Chain of Memories today. Though I can't play it since I don't have a hand held system yet. I'm buying the system next week. Had to pay student loans this week. But I'm planning on replaying the first game as well as chain of memories so that I'm all fresh witht eh story for the release day. I really can't wait!

I pre-ordered a copy a few weeks ago and EBgames. I'm so excited! I've been wanting Kingdom Hearts 2 for a long time. I hope it comes out on the date they've announced, because if they delay it, the Blue will be very upset. ^^;

I preorded my copy today!! I'm so excited. I'm also replaying KH:COM to remember it. I got to the VERY last door my first time through and low and behold I had used my blue 1 card earlier in the game. Now, that'd be all okay... I thought I'd just find another one, but no. Apparently its the rarest card in the game =___=;; so yeah, I'm finally starting over. I want to play as Riku

I FINALLY finished COM, Sora AND Riku! Only took me, what, a year?...>__>

Anyway, I'm not going to rush into pre-ordering this. It's much too expensive, and it should become a Greatest Hit (bringing the price down a bit) fairly fast, considering the popularity of the first.

CoM was a decent handheld game that was brought down by some very aggravating gameplay systems. Although, oddly enough, in CoM I felt the storyflow had improved from the original Kingdom Hearts.

But, regardless, KH2 is shaping up rather nicely. And opinions from importers have been quite positive.

Does CoM add anything story-wise that we should know before playing KH2?

Yes.

But, Kingdom Hearts II was made befroe CoM was even an idea so it`s obviously not 100% neccessary.

A recap from us fans will be all you need to fully understand the plot of KH2.

CoM introduces Namine, Axel, and DiZ who will all play roles in Kingdom Hearts II. So, yes, it does add to the story.

But, Kingdom Hearts II was made befroe CoM was even an idea so it`s obviously not 100% neccessary.

Wait a minute. What?
CoM was made before Kingdom Hearts II. There was an entire year between the Japanese release dates. Obviously, KH2 took a lot more development but they geared it so they were working on them both at the same time.

Actually, sorry Master Dias, but heh, you`re wrong.

The Kh2 project began before CoM had even become an idea.
Then, the creators had a seperate team work on CoM at the same time for two reasons:

1) To conntect the two games
2) To hold die hard KH fans over since info on KH2 was released WAY too early.

Kh: CoM was completed before kH2 was but the game kH2 itself began production far before CoM.

Info taken from GMR magazine.

EDIT: Sorry didn`t read the last sentence. But the production of Kh2 did begin before CoM.

Do you have a link to the article?

It's been a while, but I seem to recall that there wasn't that large a time period between when KH2 and CoM were announced.

Regardless, they definitely did announce KH2 too early. That was why there were months between the times when they announced new information.

Of course, that's still nothing compard to FFXII's multiple delays.

Unfortunately, as much as an idiot I seem right now, no I do not have a link to that article. I just read it in my friends copy, but I can tell you:

1) Sora was on the cover.
2) It was Summer or Fall 2004.

Either way, I remember Nomura announcing that Kingdom Hearts II is NOT the last game in the series. He said it wouln`t spawn like an FF game and that the plot was fully written. This was before the info that the game had two disks so maybe he combined plans of a later game with this one.
