Do you mean games such as those LorentzForce mentioned (not a bad set of choices, either) or more traditional pencil and paper rpgs? The term "open source" is also used to refer to the latter when the core rulebooks are available online for free.

I think it's more what LF is referring too. Though, pencil and paper ones might be cool.
