Okay, for the college I'm hoping to transfer to, I, of course, I have to send a transcript. I read the information they gave me, which said I had to send in my transcript in February.
I lost the letter for a little while.
When I found it again, I (re)discovered that the deadline for transcripts was February 15.
Panicking, I sent for my transcript online yesterday, which told me it would be mailed in one business day. Before being able to send it, however, my current college has to get my signature verifying that I want it sent.
I mailed the form to my college this morning.
Please, please pray that my transcript will make it on time. I would hate for my chance at transferring to be ruined on account of my negligence.

Today I got an email that said, among other things:
So I honestly don't know WHEN it's going to get there, if it will be sent tomorrow and get there tomorrow, or sent tomorrow and get there the day after, or if the college accepts by the date sent and not the day received, or whatever.
I need to stop stressing. Please pray.
The registrar has completed the processing of your transcript order.

Well, if that was yesterday (2/14), the next business day would be 2/15, which is just barely within the due date. Most organizations have a policy of looking at the postmark, which is stamped at sending.

PRAISE GOD I GOT IN!
All they were waiting for was my application fee (which I had forgotten....another story), and even though I missed the deadline for the fee, there was no cutoff date so I did. I also paid the enrollment fee ahead of time. Now all I have to do is fill out the intent to register form, sign up for orientation, and send them my complete transcript at the end of the semester! ^o^/
