I found a funny little secret. During the opening movie touch the bottom screen. It reminds me of Mario 64 DS

Yeah and if you draw a basketball shoe and a konoha leaf symbol, you can get 2 elp komas. (It's not worth the trouble, nobody has ever really gotten it >_>, just clear j-world mode and you'll get em all)

Anyways, the legitimate reason I don`t like it as much as i hoped is because I only recognize half of the characters.

XD neither do I. But thats why you look them up and find out their names and what series they are from. It also gets you interested in them. I'm quite interested in Jaguar, Death Note, and D.gray man, and Jotaro now. Must see them!

Ditto. I gotta see D. Grayman, Death Note, DBZ (Gotenks is cool! XD ), Katekyo Hitman REBORN, Jotaro, Bobobo, and whatever that one is with Kabuki (the giant spear/lance guy).

That should be Nobuhiro Watsuki's Busou Renkin. I read around 7/8 chapters or however many the scanlators had out at the time.

Anyway, looking over the character list, I strongly suspect that they added characters based on popularity. That would explain why Dragonball, One Piece, and Naruto have the most playable characters. I'm not complaining, although I would have liked to see more playables from series like Bleach and Shaman King...

Yeah! Gotenks is my favorite DBZ guy in that game. I'm also VERY interested in Gintama. (The playable character is Gintoki and hes the guy with the wooden sword (I think its wooded))

Indeed. I still can't understand why Anna of all people was chosen as playable. I would have at least preferred someone like Horohoro, Ren, or even Hao (THAT would be awesome). Heck, there weren't even support cards for Horohoro and Ren. o.o

Anna is essentially the heroine of Shaman King, so that would probably be a reason why she was chosen. She also appears in two of Takei's earlier works, Butsu Zone and Itako no Anna, so that might another reason. She's something like Takei's "mascot" character and interestingly enough, she's the mascot of Takei's hometown's Aomori prefectural police station...
Still, I would have liked to play as HoroHoro. Heh.

Hao would be cool. But, it appears most of the characters they added are heroes/protagonists. Among the playable characters, I only see about two villains...

I'm also VERY interested in Gintama.

Gintama is basically a weird hybrid of samurai + aliens in an equally weird hybrid of post-Meiji Restoration tokyo/sci-fi. It's supposed to be action/comedy although I didn't find what I read that funny. A TV series was recently announced...

The only playable villains seem to be Dio (is he one?) and I guess Sasuke might count...

Awww, MasterDias beat me to the remark about Anna being the mascot of the Aomori police. XD; Anyways, I was really happy when I saw her in Jump Superstars - Anna is a one of a kind female character if you ask me, and she deserves the honor.

Afro Luffy is a 7-koma. He only gets the afro when you perform one of the specials, though.

either with 1 card or 2. However using 1 with download play is really limited as you can only use premade decks. Using 2 cards allows both players to use their custom-made decks. Which is heck-of-a-lot more fun
