Hi.....My name is Morgan and I'm looking for a friend who is a christian. I'm lonely, very lonely. I've been deserted in everyway possible and the only thing left in my brain is to openly ask for a companion. I prayed very long..for years for a special friend.....I ask for your prayers and your support, for I feel that I'm loosing faith in people. I totally understand your loneliness, as I have been there myself. For a long time I had no close female friends. My husband is a great friend, but it's not the same as having a girl-friend. I would caution you, though, about trusting someone you've only met online. It is very nearly impossible to truly know someone you have never met in person. This kind of request can also be seen as a shiny red target for people of less than pure intentions. Like I said, you cannot know a person well online, and predators can be very good at sounding trustworthy.

I would urge you, first of all, to keep praying for a close female friend. I did, and while it took several months for me to see it, God was in the process of answering my prayers. Someone who was my acquaintance then is now my best (female) friend, and I thank God for her.

Secondly, I ask that if you get any PMs from people that might in any way be predatory or otherwise taking advantage of your vulnerability here, please PM me or another mod about it.

I will leave this here for now, though it may be moved to Prayer by another mod. (IZ&Trigun4life, if you'd like me to move it there now, let me know.) And I will pray for you to find a close, Christian, female friend.

when i was your age i prayed for a bf... But i realized it was friends i wanted most. Listen. I know how you feel. I don't have christian friends... and I'm lucky if the elders of my church ask me how i am if i miss a day. when i started posting here i felt a huge burden lited off my shoulders because i realized I'm not the only one and there are others just like me struggling right here. ^-^ this is a great place and even if we live far away the point is we're right here when you need us

^^ I'd like to thank all of those who have pmed me in my search for a FRIEND! I guess i did sound a little misleading..but *laughs*.....I don't even have any friends right now..asking for.a boyfriend is a bit more....extreme.
