List updated Monday, January 16, 2006. I'd like to note that two threads appeared in the Prayer Room today that were politically "debate-worthy" in nature and have not been added as prayer requests. One of these threads featured other prayer requests, so those have been added to the list.

Also, I'd like to wish a happy one-year anniversary to the Prayer Guardians today!

And the list was updated today, Sunday, January 22, 2006. Let's also pray regarding the whole mine situation in West Virginia, for the families of the miners who lost their lives, for those who have survived but are still injured, and that mines will perhaps strive for even safer conditions for miners. Living in coal mining country in Virginia, this kind of thing hits us pretty hard; celebrating Coal Appreciation Month at school all my life really makes you sit up and take notice of situations like this.

I'll add this request regarding the mines to the list tomorrow, since I forgot to add it today.

List updated Tuesday, January 24, 2006. I also apologize for (once again) looking over a prayer request. This time it was a request that was moved into the Prayer Room from another CAA forum, so that is perhaps how I overlooked it. Sorry for overlooking your request, Ai-chan, and I've added it to the top of the list for today.

Also, I'm pleased to say that as of today, the Prayer List has been going for one year, excluding a hiccup late last year when I had to halt updates due to school and a time of discouragement for me personally. I just want to thank Syreth and SP1 for helping out with list updates during the past year when I couldn't manage it, and I thank everyone who has joined me in praying for the requests on the list.

I hope the list will continue to be somehow useful to you and that God will continue to bless it and the CAA overall. If anyone ever has suggestions about how to make the list better, I always love to hear them! Thanks, guys.
