Howl's Moving Castle (also an import). This one got a much better treatment from Disney and if the US release is this good, it should be an excellent US release. Excellent subs and picture quality

Eureka Seven and Kodocha, the latter of which is an earlier work by the fellow who directed Fruits Basket and also has the same English cast in the important roles (i.e., Laura Bailey who was Toru, John Burgmeier who was Shigure, Jerry Jewell who was Kyo...)

I was watching Noir for the first time in years until I started watching E7 and realized how boring it was.

I've been watching the first volume of Full Metal Alchemist, but I'm going to wait and save for when the boxset comes out!

Next I'll probably re-watch Noir and Last Exile.

Episodes 13-17 of Noir.
Every year in Uganda, innumerable children simply. . . disappear. These children all stolen under the cover of darkness from their homes and impressed into the guerilla armies of the LRA [Lord's Resistance Army]. In the deserts of Uganda, they are forced to witness the mindless slaughter of other children until they themselves can do nothing but kill. Kill. These children, generally ranging from ages 5-12, are brainwashed into murdering in the name of the resistance and into stealing other children from their beds to suffer the same fate.

Because of this genocide of innocence, hundred and hundreds of children live every night sleeping in public places miles from their homes, because they know that if the do not-- they will disappear. They will become just another number in this genocide to which the international community has chosen to turn a blind eye. They will become, in affect, invisible-- Invisible Children.

But there are those who are trying to fight against this slaughter of Uganda's children. They fight to protect these "invisible children." Please, help them help a country full of children who know nothing by fear. Help save the innocence. For more information concerning how you can help and how you can get an incredible video about this horrific reality, visit the Invisible Children home page.

Honey and Clover - Love it so far

Black Cat got licensed by Funi, so discontinued for now. If any of you see it announced, I recommend watching it. It's a bit Trigun-esque.

DVDs: Just finished going through "Witch Hunter Robin" a second time, now working on my new "Studio Ghibli Collection" (Japanese release.) I had forgotten how much I enjoyed 'Whispers from the Heart".

Netflix: Waiting on "Comic Party" Disc four to come in.

TV: Just saw the first three eps of "Initial D" on On Demand. Never seen it before. This looks like it has potential (though I hate the cheap 3D CGI on the cars. I'm sure video gamers love it, though.)
May the Lord bless you and keep you.
May He cause His face to shine upon you.

Plan on watching Gundam Wing DVD 5 next.A friend in Georgia found a place that is going out of order and they had some anime dvds so I asked her to get me either Stellvia and Gundam Seed or else Noir and Chrono Crusade.
Yesterday saw the latest Inuyasha.Kagome looked kawaiier than normal with the tiara on although I really rather hate submissive women.Good think Inuyasha was able to whack it off her head!

Rozen Maiden Träumend, Samuri 7, Mai Otomi, Gunparade Orchestra, and Blood+. Just rewatched Haibane Remei (best show evar) and thinking about rewatching Last Exile.

Initial D gets better, keep watching, you have a looong ways to go. 4th stage is still in production.

Honey and Clover is good all the way through to the end, very nice if rather quiet show.

On Initial D; I've been informed by a buddy that I should buy the Japanese / sub version. Apparently the dub on "On Demand" is pretty seriously altered from the original. He sez I'm missing out on a better soundtrack if I don't.

Last night I noticed that they added the next installments of both "DNAngel" and "Cromartie" on On Demand. So I know what I'm watching tonight.
