Prayer for a friend

I have a friend named Alan Bishop whose going through some tough times Spiritually speaking. He's doubting his belief in God (not the existence of Him, but whether or not he really knows God) and he's very angry at the way some Christian denominations can treat other Christian denominations. So he's going through a very profound kind of doubt. I'd be very happy if you can pray for him that he can get over this hurdle.

PS: a few months ago I asked you to pray for another friend of mine who was going through some tough spiritual times. Even though its slow, he's slowly getting over the problem. I'd like to thank you for your prayers in that department.

No, he's been a Christian for a long time which came after a period of a lot of rough stuff. So he's been mature in his faith for a very long time. This makes his trials all the heavier.

Lifting him. May he continue to grow in his faith and know who he is in Christ, not being swayed by circumstances, but standing in God's Word.
