My grandma died today...please pray for my family, and my grandpa, everyone's taking it really hard. She was my grandpa's second wife...so, just please keep him in your prayers. I believe she was a christian, so hopefully she is in heaven right now.

Thank you.

I will be praying. I have lost 3 of my grandparents and I know it is a tough thing.

Goodness. I'm sorry I didn't see this thread sooner, but I'll pray. I'm glad to hear that you think your grandma is saved, but it's gotta be so hard for your grandpa. How old is he?

It must be SO hard for him. I just think of all of the elderly people that have lost loved ones or have alsiemer's (sp?) and how lonely it must be, basically having nothing to do and suddenly alone after being with your mate for such a long time. There was an elderly man who we went caroling to before Christmas and his wife had alsiemer's and he was just lonely and stuff and he was moved to tears when we came there. It's just crazy how much something like that means to someone in a tight spot. Anyhow, just thinking out loud.

Well, this is his second wife (I forgot to mention she's my step grandma..it just sounds weird lol) he lost his first wife before my younger sister (Nami) was born. So, yeah, this is probably double hard on him :(

Awwww, I know what you mean though, my great uncle had some disease (I dont think it was alsiemers) He was the sweetest man alive, but everyday he would say to my aunt that he wanted to go see Jesus (He was a christian) but, he became very violent with her and started to hit her alot, I think they had to be seperated for awhile, and then he died. Atleast I'll be able to see him in heaven. Anyways, my great aunt now has alsiemers. It's just very sad.
