Anyway, I say again, for all we know, the revolution could be more powerful than the PS3 (however unlikely), and it's also possible it really is nothing more tham a "souped-up Xbox".
Actually, -Someone might have stated this since I only read half of the thread so far- I consider this an Xbox 360 vs. Nrev (sounds better than revo) vs. PS3 because what I got out of the first post was:
"The Nrev is gonna have better graphics than Ps3 and Xbox360....Neeeeh!"
I may be the only one aware of this but some gamecube games have better graphics than PS2 games and vice versa. It`s about the game`s graphics not the system since the system doesn`t have graphics.
Revolution's online play will be free of charge, Like the DS's
That's the point. It'll be simple. Not complex. The Revo is meant to be a system for all ages, and most older people would be turned off by a complex online play system. I know I don't want to deal with a complex system, I just want to put in a game and play it online with as little hassle as possible. So, as far as I'm concerned, Revo's online play smashes the 360's with a big giant squeaky hammer.
I go with Kae: why would you think complex is "better"?
He's one of the people that bought the Breakfast Machine from Pee Wee's Big Adventure. XD

I mean come on, shatterheart is right these topics are getting old and this board is becoming annoying with the constant "my system has this and its better then everything else so IT WINS" gah some people really need to see things for what they are and quite having blind fanboyism.
And this general attitude lately has turned me off to this part of caa, first time i have read a topic in this section in a long time....
