what kind of music genre do you listen to the most and what's your favorite book?

Why must we be abandoned in times of need?
Do others not see when we yearn for their touch;
An insatiable hunger only they can feed.
Left alone with out their words – fallen into darkness.
Stumbling blindly without their light,
We fall and scream, knowing we've faced too much,
Knowing the only answer is flight.
Flight from the lives we once faced
And the joys and terrors others have brought.
Our time with them, a time of joy and life,
Wonder we all, was it for naught?

Kiba-kun, I know I have answered at least your first question before, and probably the second, so to save time I went back through this entire thread -- all 22 pages of it -- to point you to my previous answers. :)

Regarding music, see posts #25, 32, 34, 111, 124, 126, 128, 131, 168, 170 and 178 in this thread.

Regarding books, see posts #56, 70, 101, 111, and 164. I'm not sure I answered your exact question, though. I have several favorite books. See this post for a few of them:
http://www.christiananime.com/showpost.php?p=168554&postcount=8

Oh, and Rachel -- see post #97 and 101 (pages 10 and 11).

I must say, it was quite entertaining to reread this entire thread. I didn't realize how huge it has become. :wow!

I am such a geek. :hits_self

That's a bit odd, you calling her "sexy" but yes, she does find tractors from time to time. I bury them in the back yard.

This thread. It doesn't stop. Not that I'm complaining.

Since I'm here: given what I saw of your back yard, that makes perfect sense.

I'd say something, but I just don't know what to say.

Okay, I'm over it.

I believe this is the first time I have seen the words "tractor" and "sexy" in a sentence together. It's strangely alluring.... :o

uc, I am as amazed as you are that this has become "the thread that never ends." I suppose it probably wouldn't continue if I stopped answering, but that would seem mildly tragic. :sniffle:

It's from a song, "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy." It's a pretty stupid song, but I thought I'd ask anyway. hahaha

Actually, I don't think that would stop it. The thread will live on.

And now I have no idea if that was supposed to be comforting or not.

Yes, well, there's hardly ever any harm in asking. Unless.... eh, nevermind.

Does eating cookie dough count? If so, then YES! Many times.

Actually, his manly pride is quite safe. He wins most every game we play, with the possible exception of Boggle, and some games that require very little skill. Sometimes I beat him at poker. I guess I have a decent poker face. :eyebrow:

I think it would have been cool to be the apostle John, just because he was very close to Jesus.

Second what is your favorite Bibical book and why?

Oh, the Gospel of John ranks high (see above reason). :) I also like Genesis -- lots of interesting stories -- and the books that talk about King David's life, for the same reason. Job is also cool for all the nature imagery. I also like parts of Revelation, particularly the parts that talk about heaven. This is not an exhaustive list. :)

3. Why cockroaches?

I'm kidding, of course. Sort of. I don't know what I'll ask Him, or even IF I'll have to ask Him anything. I have this fantasy that we'll just know. But we won't know if we'll know until we get there. :)

I fully enjoy partaking of them... when someone else cooks and someone else cleans.

I think I actually have a MySpace... somewhere. But I don't blog, and I think I only got it so that I could see my friend's pictures on HerSpace. So, my MySpace is still just sitting there, naked as the day it was born. Poor little abandoned thing. :sniffle:

Well, after the chat last night I was thinking long and hard on what question I should ask you next. Here it is, in it's entirety...

If you could ask me one question and I had to answer honestly, what would it be and why?

Booyah! Bet you weren't expecting that one!

Just one? You make it difficult...

What are your top ten life goals, including desired vocation/s, and how do you plan to go about achieving them?

You may THINK that is more than one question, but there's only one question mark so it only counts as one!

Considering that many people on the internet are not known to use any punctuation, does that mean they could get away with anything on such a question?
