massive paper due and i have notta clue...

Postby BigZam » Sat Nov 12, 2005 2:54 pm

ok i need some prayer. i have the rough draft for a big paper due on monday. unfortunately, i'm not sure what my teacher is expecting me to do (she sucks at explaining things even though she firmly argues that shes a "**** good teacher") and if you miss an assignment in that class well too bad for you. i really need some prayer......

I've been in college, and papers STILL scare me. Have you tried talking to a classmate to see if they can help you a bit?

I'm praying.

Hey BigZam, heh...I know how that feels. Don't worry though, you will get through it. Heck, I have two papers due one right after the other in two weeks.

I might be able to help you here, tell me what the subject is about...

I'm praying for you too. Papers can be tough. Rough drafts are better then final drafts being due though. Theres room for mistakes and incomplete arguements. So just do your best.

I'll also pray for you. You don't have to worry about the paper being perfect because it's only a rough draft. It rather reminds me of an assessment essay I took at the beginning of college. I knew I did an awful job on that paper, but it didn't count toward any grade. Someday, there will be another assessment paper. After which, the college will be able to brag about how much better its students have become since arriving here.

So, look at it this way: if you do a very poor job on this draft and improve a great deal on the final, your **** good teacher will be able to brag about how much your paper has improved after she offered corrections.

well the whole problem is this teacher is very bad at explaining things. i got my subject approved by her (she was scaling on how broad the topic is) and she said it wasn't too broad so i tried to research it on this white trash research engine she is making us use and i can find NO INFO at all. the subject by the way is Constantine speaking out against Rome. all i get is articles on like women's rights by R. Constantine or somethin like that. so maybe i'll just tell her i couldn't find anything.....heh also pray i keep my head when i tell her that.

Lifting you up, bro.
Theme Scripture: Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. (Galatians 5:1)

And a verse for all us single folks: Do we have no right to take along a believing wife, as do also the other apostles, the brothers of the Lord, and Cephas? (1 Corinthians 9:5)
