The Rahxephon movie

I was at Blockbuster one time when I saw a Rahxephon movie DVD. Is this a sequel to the series or is it just a recap?

It's a rehash of the whole series, with some characters cut out and with some new scenes thrown in that make the story quite different. I haven't seen it myself, I'd like to own it so I wouldn't have to watch the entire series over and over.

Is it me or does every popular anime that comes out end up having at least one movie made out of it?

Rehash with extra scenes it is.
Captured the emotion and music without the price of the entire series.

When you find yourself in the company of a halfling and an ill-tempered
Dragon, remember, you do not have to outrun the Dragon...
...you just have to outrun the halfling.
