Naruto: Game Plans for U.S.?

Desperado, can you explain that game? What system, what genre,? ect.

Me thinks Ninja Taisen 1 should come here first or at least call the 3rd one that when they bring it over to eliminate confusion?

um... it is out... well for import atleast. As for the new characters and costumes. It depends which one they are actually porting. Because I know for sure that the 4th one is comming the end of this year. And my friend said that they are bringing naruto 1 (Japanese) to the states and calling that Naruto 1.... They are not going to port over a Naruto game and add more things. They will either port over the 1st game or the most recent one. And I assume it will be the former, as people have no idea who Tayuya, Kimimaro, Orochimaru, Jirayia, Tsunade, Itachi, and Anko are (some characters later in the series)

HOWEVER! Naruto 1 is out of print in Japan.... so what they plan to do in the US I don't know...

Tom... this is just my opinion. But the imports are WAY much better. Better voices, voices make a big part of the game. You don't really need japanese reading ability because it's a fighting game

Well on the ps2, there is Naruto: Narutimett Hero 1 and 2 (3 is comming soon)
For the gamcube, there is Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 1, 2, and 3(4 this holiday season)

and Id advise you get the gamecube version, as critics say they are better than the ps2 version

oh, words of advice. DO NOT GET GEKITOU NINJA TAISEN 1... wait for the second one to come out, so you dont have to blow 50 dollars from buying the first game. Infact if there IS a final version, just wait to get that. Because every next release just adds more characters and moves and makes it better.

I own Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen 2 and 3, and they are very very very very awesome. Infact it has a higher rating than Super Smash Brothers: Melee on gamespot (i think gamespot). Naruto 3: 9.6 SSB:M: 8.8

naruto 2 and 1 aren't important, as they're outdated.

Infact, save up your money, dont wait for #4 to come to the states, just buy Naruto 4 (the import one) and a freeloader (for the gamecube, so you can play imports) and you're set to go. A wiser choice than buying Naruto 1... then going "darn i shouldnt of bought this, 2 is way better! then 3 comes out, then blah blah blah"

As for the PS2 games, I never played them. But I am positive the gamecube ones are better. From many sources too

As for RPGs and stuff, there MIGHT be one for the ps2... but I think I am wrong. There ARE rpgs for the gameboy advance. As well as jump superstars for the DS.

Edit: oh yeah, and there is one for the DS as well: "Naruto RPG2: Chidori vs Rasengan" but no point in playing imported RPGs... unless you can read japanese

Costumes don't mean much, meh, the only new costume ive seen was: [spoiler]Shikamaru's chuunin vest[/spoiler] from a video I watched
