Yes! I got to see them this time! Last time the links weren't working. Quite amusing.

I'm glad they are enjoyed. Now, I have good news and bad news, and I am afraid the latter outweighs the former.

The Good News: I have several more comics done.

The Bad News: My computer situation has become considerably worse, and I can't think of a way I can upload new comics for a while. What I believe I will do is this: continue creating comics, then upload them all when I have a chance.

Im content with just this then.

I really should save them to my computer lest something bad happens...

Hm, I quite forgot to point out two pieces of very good news. First, I now have a mirror site thanks to Mave. You can find it here:
http://www.kcome.net/caa/caa.html
Using that one will be much easier on my limited bandwidth.

Second, that mirror site now contains #15 and #16. I continue to work on the later parts of the series, though slowly. Outside of unusual circumstances (such as that which allowed these two to be uploaded) don't expect another update prior to the 19th of this month.

You'll note this thread has finally been moved to the proper forum. I hoped to do this with a larger update, but such is not possible at the moment. In the next few days I should be able to upload the next comics if all goes well. After that, I can't gaurantee anything.

I'm looking forward to your next update, UC! :) I wonder why there's such a great lack of response since you're last update.

I believe many people could have missed the previous update. It appears some of them are just now seeing it, in any case. I have no new information regarding myself or the next update.

Indeed you can. Meanwhile, behold a triple update to make up for the massive amount of time I have not updated this. I don't have many more comics written after these, and only a few made, so I can only hope I'll be able to produce new comics at a decent rate.

17: It will be easier to follow if you read carefully and examine the panels (these may be sprites, but each panel does involve significant work on my part).
18: Though I really wish Ashley didn't have her line in the last panel, without it no one I tested the comic on understood, which made it seem a bit pointless.
19: No real comments here.

1 - Your trademark humor shines in this one.
2 - Settleing for shooting, nice take on the cliche.
3 - Ashleys last words actually fit with the whole "please?" thing.

I would write more but the site just crashed

A triple update! Snazzy!

I think you do an excellent job with the sprite work and the action is very easy to follow. Nice job. ^^

This probably would have been more clear if you had more time to write your message, but as it is now I'm not entirely certain what you mean.

Would pestering for updates make them appear quicker?

Not really. I plan to update on Sunday, that is, tomorrow. But I can't afford to make these very fast, so I need what little cushion I have. All pestering might accomplish is motivating me to work ahead.

There's nothing that says we can't start a more different kind of chant, is there?

Heh. That chant was... motivating. Yes, that's it.

Meanwhile, I must apologize for the lack of update yesterday. The campus network chose a very bad time to stop working. I've gotten the file to Mave, and she said she'd probably be able to upload it to the site this evening. Meanwhile, to (hopefully) pique your interest: I like how the first four panels turned out, but the last five were stuck with a background I didn't like. We'll see what you think about it, also after the 21st comic.

It was probably a good idea. That way people won't have to check multiple times.

You could make a good guess by simple process of elimination. But the question will be answered directly next comic in any case.

You sound like that's a bad thing. ;)

The plot thickens ... and I just had the notion to laugh in a very evil fashion. How disturbing.

I don't remember if I said this or not, but I love the power meters. And I just recently realized that I have no idea what game those sprites are from. Is it a secret or something I should know off the top of my head?
