"Doujinshi" simply means fan-comics... they can be clean as well as yaoi and/or hentai. I have three doujinshis, myself, all in Japanese, which is a language I do not know, so I cannot read them, I just look at the funny and pretty pictures, but what I've got is clean... clean, non-sexual, non-yaoi (gay).

I got mine at Anime Expo... I don't shop E-bay, but from the big doujinshi buyers I know, they like to go to E-bay. I just would be careful in searching, careful to read summaries or whatever... just so you can be sure to get something non-hentai and non-yaoi. Clean doujinshi exist.. I know, as I have three of them. (Two Trigun doujinshis and one Lord of the Rings).

You do indeed have to be quite careful. One of my (incidentally non-christian) friends buys a lot of doinjishi. A lot of it comes off ebay and she's quite careful to pick the non-hentai/yaoi stuff. Getting the right stuff can be quite rewarding anyway, because often you don't have to pay much (at least that's the case here in the UK)
