I love Apogee shareware. Never anything very incredible, but it's all free.

For that matter, I have a shareware version of Tyrian, though I'm pretty sure Apogee didn't create it. That was a pretty good game, for shareware.

Tyrian is another Epic Megagames title, I'm pretty sure.

Best I can do for a URL for Alley Cat is the place I got it from, Home of the Underdogs. They have the game file as well as info about the writer. BTW, the game is a whopping 38k! :D

As for the Gorillas game, Scorched Earth was always pretty cool, I think it's still around somewhere too.

(right click, save as)

To work in XP... extract the files into a directory and edit the PIF file, so that it points to the right location. Then run the PIF. have fun ;)
