I really don't differentiate, actually. I like the clean lines of anime series a lot but think the genious required to lay out pages well and do manga. I really don't know what style I draw actually.

I like the anime style better. It seems to be simpler than manga, but that's why I like it. When you've actually drawn anime/manga yourself, you really develop a sense of respect for all the details professional artists put into manga. i am working on my own manga project, but i draw "anime"-styled characters rather than "manga"-styled characters. My drawings distinctly have the japanese style to them, but they have the simplicity of anime, and lack all the small details of manga. So, yeah, I prefer anime.
