.isos and dvd-r...

Postby Slater » Mon Aug 01, 2005 4:26 pm

I have a .iso file, and I'd like to burn it to a disk using Nero. My only question is this: is it possible to burn an iso from a standard CD (~700 MB) to a DVD-R? will my computer be able to read the disk after Nero gets through with it, or will the fact that it's a DVD make things too weird?

Also, yes, I have a DVD-RW drive here. I'm not a n00b at working with Nero or such things, just that I'm short on CD-Rs.

it should go just fine, when you select the image make sure to change to DVD in the pulldown menu on the Burn Compilation menu

thanx for reassuring me that this will work. The file isn't from a DVD, so it doesn't need to play in DVD players tho...
