Loads Of Stress

hey I was wondering if you all will pray for me I have had alot of stress with my family and other things like that, and on top of it I havent been sleeping well, if you could do that I would appreciate it

Stress sucks. But, like it says in Ecclesiastes 11:9a: "Be happy, young man, while you are young, and let your heart give you joy in the days of your youth," and verse 10 "So then, banish anxiety from your heart and cast off the troubles of your body, for youth and vigor are meaningless," (NIV). That's a scripture I have neglected, I admit. Maybe it can be some help to you. I'm praying.

Yeah man, I got ya cover. I think we can all relate when it comes to stress. I'll be praying for your stress and sleeping.

Hey there, of course I will pray for you. It seems like so many of my close friends here are hurting so much and I can't do anything about it. All I coudl do is pray. I wish I could be there to hold you and tell you everything will be ok, but I can't. All you can do is face your problems, but... I haven't even been doing that. Just have faith that everything will work out for tha best. Try to talk to your family. Hopefully they'll listen. Not jsut hear your voice but really hear you y'know. Stress can be a terrible thing. Don't let it get you down to much aight homie-g. Love ya always and forever!!!

Will be praying 4 u Josh... Just hold on to His words and you'll be able to go through it, stress can be pretty distracting, I know it 'cause I already went through it... God Bless!

I'm praying for ya,
And it's nice to meet you as well. Stress is aweful, in fact I personally think it can age a person faster then intended, perhaps thats why people think I'm older then I am, I'm constantly in stress! GAH!

Anyways, I'll pray that God grants you peace, and that this spirit of unrest be cast out of your household. I hope things mellow down soon, and that you can sleep better at night once again. Nice meeting you as well.

I understand how stress feels. I'm under quite a bit of it myself. A good way to handle stress is find someone you can really talk to about it and as for the lack of sleep thing...try watching like a dvd or just closing your eyes and not opening them. it works for me ^^
