..what is the first song you learned how to play? Also what is the last song and what songs are you learning now?

For me:
1st- "Let it be" by the Beatles. I haven't played it in a while though.
Last- "Ironman" by Black Sabbath.
Currently- Right now I'm learning how to play "Smells Like Teen Spirit", "Layla", and I'm also working on a couple of songs I wrote myself and a bluesy sort of arrangement for "Amazing Grace."

1st song: "Please Please Me" by The Beatles
Last... hmmmm... I haven't learned a new song in a while, to tell you the truth. I think the most recent one was "Have Love, Will Travel"

Well, my first piano song was 'Lazy Lion' from Bastien Book One. I think it consisted of all of three notes going up and down and up and down, it was rather repetitive

More recently, I've been trying to figure out Coldplay's Amsterdam and Ray Charles' What'd I Say by ear. And I've been using sheet music to learn O Come Sweet Death.

That tune must be popular. It was one of my first violin songs as well. It was awesome, at my first ever violin recital, and group of about twenty beginning violinists played Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star (more or less) in unison.

Needless to say, it was a hair raising experience for all involved. I think all the neighbourhood cats within a one block radius ran for the hills

I'm another who started on the piano with Mary had a Little Lamb and Twinkle Twinkle little star. I'm being very unorganised about the songs I'm trying to teach myself on the guitar, though - I'm working on some Third Day songs from the Offerings album, 'On Fire' by Switchfoot, 'History Maker' by Deleriou5 and my own basic compilations. ^_^.

Wow - there are some very cool instruments that people play. Clarinet, Violin, Piano, Guitars... we could set up a CAA band. ^_^

Flute: I'm not sure. 'Space Shuttle Rock' might have been the first full length song I learned. I haven't played flute in a while.

Trombone: Not sure either. Again, haven't played it.

Piano: Jingle Bells.

Guitar: 'Faint' - Linkin Park. Yeah, I know . . . . . . Last song I learned was 'Save Me' by Alter Bridge.
