Grandmother

Postby Blitzkrieg1701 » Tue Jul 19, 2005 5:17 pm

Last night my Grandmother was taken to the emergency room for some sort of intestinal problem. I'm not sure about the specifics, but she's been pretty sick for a while now. In any case, it's a tough situation becasue her memory's very bad and she has trouble remembering where she is, plus she's at the age where surgery would probobly just make things worse. So, I'd appreciate it if you'd pray for her and also for the rest of my family, y Mom in particular (she's pretty stressed out right now)

Thanks for the prayers, everyone. So far, the news is pretty good. It sounds like she's responding to medecine, which is great since (like I said) surgery's not a great idea. I'll probobly be going to see her in a day or two, so it's safe to say I'll know more then.

Well, my grandmother just came back from the hospital today. She's still pretty shaky (which is hardly a new things) and it sounds like she'll be needing some additional at-home care, but we're all relieved just the same. Thanks for they prayers, everyone!

It sounds like a very stress time for everyone. I'll be praying for both your grandmothers health and your mothers stress. I'm just glad to see your grandmother is doing better.
