Healing hands of God have mercy on our unclean souls
once again. Jesus Christ, Light of the World, burning
bright within our hearts forever. Freedom means love
without condition, without beginning or an end. Here's
my heart, let it be forever Yours, only You can make
every new day seem so new.

Nail pierced hands they run with blood
A splitting brow forced by the thorns
His face is writhing with the pain yet it's comforting to me

Nice photos! Are you sure you were in Alaska? I saw some photos of emus in there! I hardly think they would appreciate the bitter cold of Alaska! (lol)

I have relatives that live in Alaska, so I have been there a few times. It is a great place to visit as long as you go in the summer ;) .

Where is Ninilchik in Alaska?

Ninilchik is about 4 hours south of Anchorage, on the Kenai Peninusla, halfway between Soldotna and Homer.

While we were there, we repaired houses.

On my crews project, we insulated pipes, put insulation and skirting up around the cabin, and hung sheetrock inside. We also painted the t1-11 we put up around the house.

This organization Group Workcamps Foundation hosts these workcamps all over the United States, I have been to five in total now. You go there with your youthgroup, and the camp splits you up into different crews. You are usually not with anyone from your youth group, its an awesome way to meet people from all over the U.S.
