New Nadesico Film?

Postby LondonCalling » Fri Jul 15, 2005 2:36 pm

So a few times last year I was informed that there was going to be a second Nadesico film as a followup to prince of darkness, to end the series on a note that interlined more with the original series.

But I have yet to hear anything else since then. Was I misinformed or is this project still underconsideration?

I really really hope it happens!!! ;)

As far as I know the Nadesico property is pretty much dead. Generally, if there is to be a continuation of a work it will happen within one to two years. The first movie (and the last installment) came out in 1998, almost 7 1/2 years ago. It's production was pretty much for one reason, Ruri fans. I think if you are hearing any rumblings in regard to Nadesico, they are pretty much just rumors. While it's not impossible, it's pretty much improbable.
